If you have an office job, you know how difficult it is to get good sleep. Sometimes you sleep 3 hours or 4 hours a day and sometimes you wonder why you are fat.
The thing is lack of sleep leads to stress and stress leads to sugar cravings and sugar cravings leads to eating of cake,donut, e.t.c and then weight gain. processed sugar is the major cause of weight gain.

Getting good sleep results to your body feeling fresh and being more productive through out the day and also reduces your cravings
It is recommended that you get at least 7 hours of sleep everyday
