If you're hoping to target Nigerians, it is highly recommended you get a .com.ng

However if you wanna target a global audience, go for .Com instead

Give me the number of com.ng domain names that outrank their .com competitors in Nigeria. Besides, you can easily target 'Nigeria' in the webmasters area and achieve the same result.
