Hi Nairalanders, i applied for IQAS ECA earlier this year, seeing how long it takes to complete and considering my school’s level of delay while processing my transcript, i had to request for a refund on 24th of September 2018, i got a mail which entails refund receipt, although I didn’t get the money, so i mailed them and they replied saying it will take up to 4weeks before i could see the refund in my account, its almost six week noe and I haven’t gotten the money, is getting my money back realistic? Thanks

at what point were u refunded . because i havent been refunded
