I tend to strongly disagree with gov. Wike statement that buhari is better on governance, according to world bank "GOVERNANCE IS THE MANNER IN WHICH POWER IS EXERCISED IN THE MANAGEMENT OF A COUNTRY'S ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL RESOURCES FOR DEVELOPMENT". Going by this definition be the judge in this matter.I tend to strongly disagree with gov. Reuters in a report noted that the map again proved that the Buhari administration’s claim that it has “technically defeated” the terrorists and they no longer occupy any territory in the country is false. This is at 2018
