Exercise is very important. If you want to live long on this planet.Eating healthy is one of them but exercise is just as important.

It can be skipping,walking,dancing,running or anything. just move your body.

Even if it is just 15 minutes do something.

Jogging on Saturday once a week or once a month is not enough.

You have to try and do it at least 4 times in a week.

Although those types of exercises can keep you active and fairly healthy.

If you are serious about loosing fat you have to consider lifting weights or high intensity cardio.
