How does it work?
According to information on the Paystack website

"We’re currently running a pilot of USD settlement, meaning that we’re actively working to support more settlement banks and refine the process over time.

For now, you’ll need to have a Guaranty Trust Bank (GTB) Domiciliary account to be able to get settled in USD

Next, you then link the GTB Domiciliary bank account to your business on Paystack.

Here’s how:
Re: How To Accept International Payment For Your Shopify & Woocommerce Stores by CosmicJames(m): 7:07pm On Nov 01, 2018
Log into your Paystack Dashboard
Click on Settings [1]
Click on the new Bank Accounts tab [2]
Click on Add bank account on the USD row [3]
Add your USD domiciliary GTB account number

Your USD bank account will be reviewed within 24 to 48 hours. Once this is done, you will be able to list your products in USD, your customers will be able to make international USD to your business, and Paystack will settle you in USD

It is true brother.
I've investigated it.
I'm following Paystack on Twitter to stay updated on this breakthrough achievement for us in this part of the world.

The only thing that is still holding me now is that I'm yet to open a Dom Acct.
Otherwise, the flood gate have already been opened!

I've already shared this information on my website before bringing it for my fans here on NL.

If you follow this link: https://www.kikimat.com/how-to-accept-international-payment-for-your-shopify-woocommerce-stores/

you will get all the details of what I will be sharing here before others

We have been working on this payment system for our business, but the problem with it is that, to open a GTB domiciliary account you need to know two people with a GTB current account, thats whats slowing a lot of people down, its so hard to find people with current accounts for GTB

Sure. It's near impossible to find two people with GTB current account for reference.
I want to believe that with time, the requirements will be easy.

Next is:

Setting Up Your E-commerce Store

If you don't have a store yet, you can set one up now.

But which e-commerce platform should you choose when creating your store?

Shopify and Woocommerce are among the most popular options, and you can start selling online using any of them.

Remember that Shopify is a hosted solution with monthly subscription fees.

While Woocommerce is a free solution. But you will have to host it by yourself.

If you choose the Shopify platform, then you will have to go over to Shopify.com and create your store, set it up, integrate the Paystack payment gateway and start selling to both local and international customers.

Shopify will give you a 14days free trial after which you will start paying the monthly subscription fees for your store.

Maybe you are worried about the Shopify subscription fees, and want to run your Shopify store for free until you make over 48 sales.
Then check out my Shopify Service thread here

Next is Creating Your Store With Woocommerce

When Paystack settles you through GTB, how long exactly until the money becomes available for our use?

How long before you get settled?
Paystack settles all international USD payments into merchants’ GTB domiciliary bank accounts 7 working days after customers pay. So, say a customer pays you in USD today, the amount paid will reflect immediately on your Dashboard, and you’ll get settled into your bank account 7 working days from today.

It's not feasible and scalable. 7 days is too long for Nigerians interested in dropshipping business model.

You can start small. You can use your own money to pay for your customers orders while waiting for Paystack to transfer your customers fund to your account.

After a while, if you are making profit, you will have enough money set away to run your dropshipping business even though Paystack doesn't credit your account same day.

You are fully set then.

To your questions:

Once you've created your Wordpress site, you will then install Woocommerce. Followed by Paystack. There will be some Paystack API integration for you to be able to accept international payment for your Woocommerce store

I explained in the tutorial that you will find this option very challenging if you are not a Web Master.

I will also be here to assist you.

But if you think you can't handle it yourself, then you can order for my service to setup everything for you

No. Your store will not show that it is a Nigerian store. But make sure your store currency is save as Dollar ($)

Note:
When registering a domain name for your store, register a .com domain name if you don't want customers to know that it is a Nigerian store.

For example, gadgets.com, and not gadgets.com.ng.

Do not register your domain name for your store in dot com dot ng. Otherwise they will know it is a Nigerian store

How do i set up an e-commerce site if my mum sells provision.
Will i snap each item and post in the site with price tag?
How would i accept payment?
How would i trigger door to door delivery for the site?
How would i convince people to enter their bank details considering various scam red flags atributed to Nigerians?
Can someone brief me in this ecommerce stuff.
