How will the new minimum wage affected the salary of Civil Servant?
Some are saying the difference between the old and new minimum wage will be added to everyone salary. meaning #12,000 will added to everyone salary. That sounds ridiculous
Other said that the percentage increase from the old minimum wage to new minimum age will be used. meaning everyone salary will be increased by 67% percent. That sound too good to be true
The last group said the effect will varies that the percentage increase will be adjusted based on the level. They said that the higher your level the lower the percentage increase on your salary. That sound good and fair.

I agree to the last suggestion that uniform percentage of 67% will not be used for everyone. Because it will not create fair increment between the low cadre and high cadre civil servants. That is my take.
