Job Description
Monitors Company compliance with all the provisions of the SMS and other applicable Health, Safety and Environment Legislation for Vessels and Office.
Carry out risk assessments and considering how risks associated with Company’s Operations can be cost effectively reduced or eliminated.
Assist in the review of Company SMS in line with best practice and relevant marine safety conventions
Ensures HSE reports are sent to Client as requested in a timely manner.
Ensures all reported incidents and accidents are investigated in a timely manner.
Ensures investigation outcomes of accidents and incidents are reported to management in a timely manner.
Conducts bi-annual vessel HSE Audit and submits findings to management in a timely manner.
Recommends sanctions to management for HSE non-compliance

Requirements
Candidate must possess HSE levels 1,2,3 and NEBOSH certification with a minimum of one year experience in a similar role.
