Whichever role you had a full-time job of at least 1 yr or its equivalent in part time job. Remember full-time job is 40 hrs a week. As for the business, if you can show sufficient proof then you are good, but with no bank documents I don't know how you would pull that off. Let the seniors in the house assist with this.

Hello. I’m here again. Please candid advice.
Which would you suggest I create a profile with
My certificate as a lawyer (done law school too)
A baker
A business owner ( I have a registered company , But don’t have a company bank account because of a few glitches)

Education: Law. You evaluate your degree

Work Experience: Baker/Business owner

You still need to read more page 1 material to understand the process. You will also find the list of those that got PPR as business owners so you can read their stories and learn.

cc: @patty827: Full time job for EE is 30hrs per week. Anything above 3ohrs doesn't count.

IQAS is slow but sure - for some schools ehn IQAS still fast pass WES.

Just keep your eyes on the big prize, take time to get other things set while you wait for IQAS.

Je m'appelle ECA

You are actually right, IQAS is faster than WES in my incase. I have been on ECA since 1st Feb. 2018. WES sent verification 5times to School. Imagine an acclaimed ICT institution said they didnt have access to their mail box that i should tell WES to send via Post, the school is part of the reason my kids wont study in Nigeria God willing. I paid through my nose before they finally got it and sent back to WES via courier.

My candid advice, if you ain't claiming two or more certificates, dont use WES unless you are sure your school will respond on time to verification.

Mention the name of ur institution, someone from there might be of help. I verified from two institutions; one requested for payment and the other did not. Am done with the one that requested for payment. Am still on d one that did not request for payment. Since October last year (WES).
jrapheal:
Good morning house, I need a quick answer to something urgent because I am about to beat somebody up in my institution today.

I have spent so much money in sending my documents (Neco transcripts, HND and OND transcripts, and my statement of Results ) to WES, on my WES page, they have received my documents and have sent it back to my school for verification.

Pls help me with information pls if u have crossed this bridge before. I have been on WES since November 7.

Bros we still dey with Wes since November o. I guess the delay with WES comes with the various academic institutions.

ote author=Nkydechik post=75853243]Hi

i evaluated my foreign credential with ICES in September, to my surprise my it took only 3 weeks for my evaluation report to get to me. Now my questions are
1. Was my evaluatiin done in good time because its a foreign certificate?
2. For those that have recently used WES, how long did it take.

same happened to my wife , I think if it’s foreign then the process is fast because they think there will be no magogo there cry Just my opinion

Good day my people,
Please i need some clarifications on Transcripts palava.. I'm requesting for my hubby's MSc and my own BSc transcripts to be sent to CES, i want to confirm if its possible to send both documents in the same envelope so as to cut some costs. I've registered both of us with CES and we have our different identification numbers, I'm thinking this should not be a problem since our ID nos will be written on our cover letters.
What do you think?
Thank you guys.

If the MSc & BSc were issued by the same institution, then you can send both together. If otherwise, send separately.

Hello house.

I have a disturbing thought that was brought on by a concerned friend.

I am claiming only NYSC as work experience. I served 2010-2011, which falls under the 10year band required by CIC. I worked for my Mom but my salary can't be traced to an account because we had a special agreement on payment mode.

My question is,does it matter that my last job (that can be proved)was 9years ago? Will this in any way affect my application?
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program- Connect Here Part 6 by IOA18: 3:27pm On Feb 18, 2019
Under normal circumstances, you are not supposed to handle your transcript. Also as a transcript is an official document, it is highly unlikely that the school would send out a bunch of transcripts together in one envelope. I would therefore suggest that you just allow the school send the transcripts individually to prevent a had i known situation. The journey is still ahead and you ll spend even more money.

Ramj:

What you can do is this.

Put yours in an envelope and put your name and Reference number (whatever CES calls it)
Do that same for your husband.
Then put both is a bigger envelop and send to them.
So once they open they find two envelopes. One for you and one for your husband.

I hope this helps.

Don't know about CES policy but most evaluation bodies strongly discourage sending documents together. It may not be honoured, to be safe I advise you send them separately.

Hmmm

Hi Ajasa4link,

Please I'm interested in this:

“He hinted me about exams I need to take over there which I will take less than 2 months on getting there and I would get decent jobs till I decide to go for any of their MBA's over there.”

I'm also a Chartered Insurer, but i did not evaluate my ACIIN. I'm interested in the exams to be taken over there.

Please search for @Engr2000's numerous posts. WES evaluated his ACIIN positively.

Kindly contact: lamigift@yahoo.com. I PMed you earlier.

ajasa4link:

Good day guys.

I have not really taken the traveling option seriously till now. So today I met a bros by sheer luck. We got talking and he gisted me about how he used to work in an insurance company here in Naija before he relocated to CA. He advised I follow the relocation route and move ASAP. He told me a lot about their standard of living and all.

He hinted me about exams I need to take over there which I will take less than 2 months on getting there and I would get decent jobs till I decide to go for any of their MBA's over there.

Note am a I hold a BSC in Insurance, am a chartered insurer and working on my Msc presently and almost. He advised I get my Masters and process the permanent residency since still below thirty.

Please house I will like to ask the following questions:

1. What process would I need to follow to get the permanent residency?

2. How long will it take me to process from the scratch to the point of getting visa?

3. What is the cost implication from the point of starting the process to the point of getting visa?

4. What Will it cost as per traveling expenses?

5. Do I need to have someone in CA to send me invite/ prepare the way for me before venturing traveling?

6. Will my 2.1 degree, CIIN certification and my masters when completed count for me in getting permanent residency and even getting a job over there?

7. I know I may be asking questions already answered several times, in that case can you please point out the link to responses to me?

Thank you

I'm sorry about this but try and resolve it. Did you make payment online? Which state are you trying to register or complete the registration? I just registered my kid brother for NOUN and all processes have been completed.

For NACETEM, I think you will be attending classes. Alternatively, get a university in the state you are serving and enrol for part-time PGD/Masters there. You still have age and time on your side.

All the best.

@DonTee07, could you please give a low down of how you went about PGD for your kid brother. I have a friend considering NOUN to up his crs score too. Thanks.

It's going to be tough. Your CRS will be around 430. 425 after April.
Your spouse should try to get another degree and learn French.
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program- Connect Here Part 6 by Eraytee: 4:31pm On Feb 18, 2019
with the info supplied below, if you both max out ielts and evaluate certificates. your CRS is 429. I calculated this with the assumption of no job offer and sibling in Canada and with your present age 38yrs. By April after your birthday, you'll have 424

You will need to write TEF for your CRS to rise to 455 , that is if the PA max out IELTS
