PMB should send his python dancers to Israel to bring Kanu to Nigeria. After all, they chased him to Israel.

Abaribe has no cause to be afraid. The python dancers should bring Kanu to the court. cheesy

The judge is not a robot. They are human with biases. Even the American democracy that are centuries ahead of us, there is such a thing as liberal judges or conservative judges. Or textualists or originalists or intentionalists or pragmatists who can have access to the same facts and come to different judgements.

Sureties/guarantors are punished when the subjects they stand for jump bail to avoid the law. That is the only reasonable way in which they can be punished. It doesn't make any sense for a defendant to be forced to flee a lethal assault on his home, and his guarantors are still held responsible for his abscondment. In your own view, does that make any sense?

They didnt provide enough evidence to the judge say Army had anything to do with disappearance. They army defended itself in court and passed buck. Then insteaf of coming to his next trial he fled the country. He didnt write court or even his lawyer. The guy testimony cant be trusted.

If it did happen the way the claim they would be let off hook. If you have evidence to present submit it to court. The surities fate in the Binta Nyako's hands.

The question is, how dare you upstage this people in a vote?
Even if Southeast, South-south and Southwest joined together cannot upstage the North.

More facts coming...

INJUSTICE OF OIL ALLOCATION IN NIGERIA (1)

North Central receives 20%;
CONTRIBUTES 0.00%.
North East receives 16%;
CONTRIBUTES 0.00%.
North West receives 21%;
CONTRIBUTES 0.00%.
Every month, the 19 Northern states receive a minimum of 57% of 100% of oil revenue to which they CONTRIBUTE 0.00%.

South West receives 16%;
CONTRIBUTES 3.97%.
South East receives 11.00%;
CONTRIBUTES 25.07%.

South South receives 15.00%;
CONTRIBUTES 70.64%.

More facts...
LGAs in NIGERIA:
Nigeria has 774 LGAs.
The North has 19 states, and the 19 states have 419 LGAs.

The South has 17 states, and the 17 states have 357 LGAs.

Working with the data from the office of the Accountant General as published by the Ministry of Finance (2013 April), the 357 LGAs of the 17 southern states receive 45.1% of what they contribute is 100%.

The 419 LGAs of the 19 Northern states receive 54.9% of what they contribute is 0.00%.
So those hoping for a hopeless hope for restructuring should wake up. The north will Never allow restructuring because they know that they can't survive in a level playing ground.
Let me stop here for now .....alot on my mind.

Now you see that the north is seriously draining and stifling the development of the south?

One Nigeria is the biggest fraud ever and MUST end.

What the people of Nigeria need is a referendum to end this evil contraption called Nigeria and an emergence of the stifled nations within.

We CAN NOT be silent about it. He that is silent in the days of the adversity of the oppressed, is more guilty and has taken the side of the oppressor.

During those chaotic minutes whilst federal troops ransacked the family house of Nnamdi Kanu, phone calls were being placed by Kanu, to his lawyer, who is on record as confirming that he could hear the sound of gunshots and breaking doors, on Kanu's end of the phone line, that fateful day.

By the time the smoke cleared after that military raid on Nnamndi Kanu's house, several of his followers lay dead in the street, BUT, neither Nnamdi Kanu, nor his dead body, was seen from that moment until now.

It is safe to assume therefore, that Nnamdi Kanu was indeed "neutralized with extreme prejudice" by the soldiers who laid siege on his home, subsequent to which Kanu's earthly remains were most likely dismembered and removed from the premises in back-packs, as the raiding force withdrew from the area that day. In short, Nnamdi Kanu sleeps with the fishes now, and forever more.

Not one of the audio and video recordings currently making the rounds online, contain verifiable evidence proving that Kanu is alive. Obviously, hitherto unreleased archive video footage of Kanu is being posted online to create the errroneous impression that Kanu is alive and speaking publicly, which of course is not possible since the man is very dead indeed, having been killed, sliced up and secretly buried several months ago now.

This fraudulent political structure was created by northern political class through northern military dictators viz: Yakubu Gowon followed by Muritalla Mohammed followed by Ibrahim Babangida and finally Sani Abacha between 1967 to 1996.

Southerners contributed little or nothing.

LAND MASS OR POPULATION IS NEVER USED AS YARDSTICK TO CREATE NEW STATES IN ANY REGION, IN A COUNTRY FORMED BY DIVERSE REGIONS.

REMOVE THE MILITARY CREATED FRAUD FIRST.

I absolutely despise Nnamdi Kanu, but the notion that his sureties should be accountable for him despite the obvious mitigating circumstances that led to his fleeing is only possible in a lawless country. It's an absurd argument. Nnamdi Kanu's most fundamental human right is his right to life. The moment the Nigerian army attacked his home, he had the right to fight or flee from the murderous assailants.
I do find certain methods as employed by Nnamdi Manuel to advance his fight completely objectionable.

However, upon a closer look one can see that Nigeria wear irresponsibility like a badge of honour therefore there are incontrovertible methods to Kanu's madness...

There has to be something incurably wrong with this geographical space called Nigeria...

At last somebody is this comment section is thinking like a human being,Kanu did what every right thinking pperson in his right sences would do when faced with serious threat to his life,he will definetly come back to face his trial ,he himself said that during his last broadcast but before then the nigerian government must assure the british government and the world at large thet kanu will be given a fair trial and his human right would be well respected,untill then his lawyers suretees have nothing much to worry about.
