Just spoke with one of their representative the decoder is married to the card.

i called one of them as well and she said we can use it to get other fta channelss, I will surely find out tommorow and give a feedback

They gave me 2 addresses and none of them are
Correct, I called them they now said I should make payment
To their account nd they will bring d package to my desire location.
