Ikare is happy with Gov. Akeredolu[b][/b]
The Olukare of Ikare land, Oba Akadiri Momoh has said that the people of Ikare are happy with Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu's administration for constructing various roads in the town.

The monarch made this known at the presentation of cheques for the payment of compensation to owners of properties affected by the dualization of Akure, Ikare, Owo township roads and the construction of Ore flyover.

Oba Momoh said before Akeredolu assumed office, there were too many bad roads in Ikare which was becoming worrisome.

He said "When I was going to inspect one of our bad bridges, I had hoped that after inspection, we would then go to Akure to see the governor to come to our aid

"I was shocked, just like the people of Ikare, to find that the governor was already at the spot to inspect the damaged bridge

"As we speak, many roads have been completed in Ikare and our culverts and bridges have been done. We have benefited immensely from this government. "

The traditional ruler said that the people of Ikare are praying for the governor to spend two terms in office and also rise to higher positions.
