This is the error message:

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/patrickokunimaco/public_html/c-form.php:40) in /home/patrickokunimaco/public_html/c-form.php on line 42

It comes-up when a message form is submitted.

your script is trying to send an email (on line 40) and it finds it difficult to log it which causes it to output something

this in turn causes issues on line42 which tries to set Headers

a simple solution would be to put '@' before mail function to remove d warning

i.e change mail to @mail
