Calorie Control: Control calories you eat each day by a simple method, just make sure that your calorie consumption is not more than ten times what you weigh. So if you are 200 pounds, your calorie intake needs to be within 2000 figure every day.

Proteins & Fats: There are rules when it comes to protein and fat consumption too. Protein intake should be equivalent to the ideal weight you want to reach. If your target weight is 170 kg then every day you need to take 170 grams protein. The amount of fat has to be twenty to forty percent of calories you take every day. So for a person taking in 2000 calories, the maximum fat he or she can take would be in the range of 400 - 800.
