Seems you stay there or are familiar with the place.
What's their rate of rent for 1 room like there? Can I get self contain room or detached room easily also ?

I am thinking of relocating there permanently but haven't been there before.

Can one get affordable housing there easily? If yes, I will like to know the going rate for self contain for a single person or one-room.

Do they charge per year or two years ahead or do they allow shorter term?
Hello, houses in lafia are very cheap, you can get a selfcontain 60k 70k yearly etc a very good clean ones and fanced at poly, college axis while you can get 30k,45k,5ok clean houses at Bunkan sidi, you might be luck to get one with water in the compound, but no constant light... It is once in a blue moon,. From Poly, collage axis has constant light, as of 2018,it is usually 4days constant light and one day off.
