The Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike, has said the Independent National Electoral Commission and the police are two institutions that impede the conduct of credible elections in Nigeria.

Wike said this in a series of tweets on his Twitter handle.

He also spoke on the refusal of the All Progressives Congress-led Federal Government to sign the amended Electoral Act, saying it is a ploy to rig the election in connivance with INEC.

Wike should relax, he's crying too much these days and it is a symptom of fear of defeat.
He used INEC to write results in 2015 and he's afraid that the powers from above is no longer under his grip.

INEC has never conducted any credible election since 1999, if u doubt, show me proofs.
