Job Title: Facility Manager

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
o Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering etc
o Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds and security
o Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water, power are well-maintained
o Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness
o Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standard
o Draft report and make recommendations
Qualifications
o First degree in any relevant course
o Minimum of three years work experience as a Facility/Office Manager
o Great communication skill.
