his life could be in danger if he goes there, Ukrain is a bloody racist country, i may have not been to the country but i know not less than 5 friends of mine who had to cross over from Ukrain to Poland to start all over again,thereby paying fresh tuition fees,

Pls advise ur sibbling to do a re-think, he/she shd not be deceived by the low tuition fee or manageble standard of living in ukrain(life is hard for black students over),besides the quality of education is nothing to write home about, to mk matters worse,there are not jobs for students in ukrain,i cannot immagine how bad life would hv treated me, schooling without a job in Poland,

if ur sibling wants to study in europe,he/she shd concentrate on shengen countries(if he/she cannot afford studying in uk), Belgium, Germany, holland,Denmark et etal are very accommodating places to study
