Group MCA (Mbembe Concern Association) has accused the Minister of Niger Delta, Pastor Usani of been instrumental to death of APC chairman in the state, subsequently he has been asked to come and take an order (swearing of an aoth) of innocence, if he is not guilty, replying to the allegation, the Minister said he is a pastor and cannot swear to any deity!
