He failed to overhaul the armed forces to make it more effective fighting machine considering the fact that we were fighting a domestic insurgency on three fronts. He failed to reform our educational sector and bring it into the 21st century. He failed to reduce the size of the govt to reduce waste, inefficiency neither did he push Congress to pass strong laws to fight Corruption and you want me to give him the benefit of doubt?
