What do you think of Magodo Isheri area? Unilag estate?
Is it safe? Do you think properties there will appreciate in value at a good rate?
What about commute? Too much traffic?

Property do appreciate in Magodo But honestly, d hot place is Ikoyi
Actually, theirs is no area in Lagos dat properties dont ve value is as much as their is a good access. ogudu is also cool been close to island.

well i must tell you that isheri north is good investment,you cannot regret investing in that area.
