Please note, that most food and frozen products we buy from the markets have preservatives. E.g. beans, Rice, frozen chicken, Turkey, fish etc. Don't parboil, but simply add salt, boil water and pour over the product and steer, and almost immediately pour the water away before washing to cook. Par boiling means you're boiling them with the preservatives. We learn everyday. Prevention is better than cure. ���☘
