A young man, Oluchukwu Opurum, who masterminded the kidnap of his uncle, Mr. Samuel Opurum, has finally been arrested by the police. The suspect, alongside his associate in crime, had on October 16th, 2018, kidnap Mr. Samuel at Relief Market Imo state, and demanded a ransom of N5million.
