For those living in Texas, whats the best city in Texas? I live in Portland and the weather sucks. It rains all the time some times even in the summer. I am thinking of Dallas. What's the weather like over there?

I wish it rains here in the west of Houston. I rains for a couple of minutes and that's it. Other parts aren't so lucky. It floods!
