Good talk. I was laughing when IPOBians were hailing Saraki their new hero and the 'conqueror' of Tinubu/APC. I knew it was a question of time before Tinubu dismantled and retired this upstart same as he wiped out the PDP and OBJ in the SW.

Tinubu is not a talker. By the time you see his actions, it is too late and you are finished. Saraki would never have become Senate President if PMB was in sync with Tinubu. Saraki is done. No way will he be allowed to remain Senate President and be an enemy of progress for another 4 years of APC rule.

This thread just made my day. We can all remember when Saraki went to Lagos and spewed nonsense about teaching Lagos PDP how to defeat Tinubu. Jagaban didn't bother to reply him, he simply put in place resources and political strategy to snatch Kwara away from the garrulous mesujamba and return the state back to the people. The result of the last bye election and this picture is a perfect response to Saraki's challenge. Now we all know talk is cheap.

Bruv, Tinubu is a university many prominent Nigerian politicians graduated from. Saraki 'Omo Daddy' has never ever been that. He has never mentored anything or anyone outside Kwara while Tinubu merged CPC and ACN to form the APC.

Tinubu has national influence and acceptance even as the children of hate will tell you otherwise claiming his influence is only in the SW when the man delivered the most productive VP Post 1999 Nigeria . Just ask Ngige, Utomi and many others why they drank from Tinubu fountain of knowledge.

I was amused to see the confused IPOBIANS worshipping Saraki because I knew, as usual, their emotional and hate-driven outlook meant they could not understand that the history of both men meant Saraki is no match for Tinubu. Saraki could not even get the PDP ticket, as Senate President, against Atiku who last held office in 2007 .

IPOBIANS always desperately looking for an anti-PMB hero to the extent they will embrace any loser fighting our President. They will now have the displeasure of watching their hero Saraki finally sent into political wilderness.

I suspect northern political leaders, even those in APC, will be concerned about Tinubu gaining influence in Kwara. They'll be scratching their heads with this bourdillon picture

If Kwara starts looking to SW for political leadership, that'll be the first time that has happened in several decades. It could embolden Yoruba nationalism in the state, which the Saraki power hegemony has kept under control all this time.

If APC does well across the State in the 2019 elections, it could be the beginning of a new era with implications beyond APC/PDP politics.

A wise man will lay down his manifesto and make his followers believe in it like it is theirs, that way they can defend the manifesto because they already feel like stakeholders in it and the wise man is ignored.

Yorubas don't fight for Tinubu but for his game plan and manifesto in taking them to new heights.
