How could this have crossed your thought line bros. The Red Cross is only but a neutral and an impartial entity

whose mandate as given by the signatories to the GVA conventions of 1949 (which includes all countries of the world) is to protect and assist (not with arms or funds) victims of armed conflicts and other instances of voilence regardless of the roles they play(ed) in the conflict.

The red cross does not take side nor assist the none state armed groups please. Those who know, know and those who dont know, should please take note.
