This tree is called # ENUEBEin Igbo land.
The Characteristicsof ANUEBE:
1) No bird perches on this tree and lives again.
2) No Human being dare goes close to this tree and lives again.
3) Only a strong Native doctor who has a strong power goes close to this tree.
4) The native doctor must cover his or her face in the night before going close to it.
5) No living Tree or Plant survives near ANUEBE.
6) Any herb or root gotten from this Tree has the power to cure any diseases.
7) ANUEBE Tree is at the same time deadly dangerous and still very curative.
This Tree of Death & Life can only be found in Igbo Heritage.

Some said that the tree can be found in Oshiri, Ebonyi State

Your Anunu ebe is nothing other than okoubaka tree (please google it) and it's found all over equatorial Africa's rainforests, though it's quite rare. You wont find other shrubs or trees growing underneath or near it because it's a root-parasite (you can google that too).
