You clone an animal with a cell that had already undergone multiple divisions, and errors starts appearing as the cells divide further (this is what cause aging), so the cloned animal will age much faster that normal animals with fresh cells (sperm and Ova ). A teenage cloned Buhari would probably look like a 75 year old original Buhari.
