URGENT VACANCY FOR CORPORATE SECRETARIAL EXECUTIVE IN PORT HARCOURT
Position:
Corporate Secretarial Executive (CSE2010)
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain a portfolio of business entities.
2. Liaise with and advise clients on company formation, company statutory administration, work  passes, business licenses, and related matters.
3. Prepare and lodge documents with statutory bodies as required.
4. Streamline all workflow processes within your responsibility areas to ensure prompt and professional service.
Requirements:
Qualified Chartered Secretary with at least 3 years working experience in the corporate secretarial field.
Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills in English with strong customer service skills working with international clients.
Sound understanding of related regulatory policies.
Ability to organize and prioritize work with minimum supervision
A can-do attitude that takes initiative and thrives in a fast-growing organization
Ability to pay attention to detail, work to tight deadlines and multi-task
Should be looking for a long term career prospect
Strong computer, documentation and internet skills
