Focus: Humanity Comes First in Everything

WORD FOR TODAY
Irrespective of who you are, your tribe, race, colour, country and religion; the fact still remains that humanity comes first in everything. The values of a man will not be right until he comes to consider humanity in his service towards God!!!

There was a time the pharisees accused Jesus of healing people on the Sabbath day because it was contrary to the law. But Jesus made it clear to them that humanity comes before any principles, worship, devotion. Anything you claim to do for God that is detrimental to the well being of people is not of God.

The call to salvation is a call to quality and faithful service to humanity. We are expected to always think about how our existence will be a blessing to people around us and those who will have access to the long term service we render in destiny. As a Doctor, Engineer, Lawyer, Pastor, Teacher, Lecturer and whatever profession you may find yourself; where right values are given the uttermost priority, humanity should come first in whatever you do. However, this is only possible when you allow the love of Christ through the sacrifice he made on the cross of Calvary rule in your heart.

+ What do you give the ultimate priority in your service towards men?

Prayer Point:
Lord! Let my existence bring happiness and joy to my generation in Jesus name. Amen!!!

Main Emphasis
A man has not seen nor known God if humanity does not come first in his service towards men!!!

I see how tithe lovers avoided this thread.

The tithe lover will walk past a starving beggar to pay tithe. He will leave his relative hungry to feed the pockets of a millionaire pastor.
