Well if you know the acura mdx well...you ll know the main difference btw both models aside slight changes in engine is the front bumper&grill which you ll observe it's quite diff from the 08.

Havent u seen an 07/08 camry fitted with 2016 front and rear grille&bumper but that doesnt mean its an 016 still.....Which am not disputing
