The above named business owned by one Rasheed took my 1k etisalat airtime which I transferred to them in order to fund my wallet but failed, refused and or neglected to pay same into my wallet. I'm posting this here for others to be careful because despite all attempts I've made in chatting their watsapp line, it proved abortive. I'm angry because this is not the first time, I registered on the site back then in March, 2018 and after I funded my wallet, I initiated a transaction for etisalat data which was not delivered, I made series of complaints but they refused to refund my money so I got angry and stopped using the site. Last month being November, they started disturbing me with mails that their services are upgraded and that they've new customer care line so I decided to give it another try because I've other sites too which I use in dispensing data. I made about three transactions which went well until three days back when after I initiated a transaction to fund my wallet with etisalat airtime, it was cancelled even after the airtime transfer was successful. I chatted their customer care on watsapp and laid the complaint but the person insisted I didn't make any transfer. I called etisalat customer care and they confirmed I made the transfer and that it was successful, I even recorded the audio and sent to him but he still refused, inisisting I must show the screenshot of the transaction, I told him after i made the transfer, it was only a pop-up message comfirming the transaction that I got and that it wasn't saved as an sms. I still called etisalat customer care and they helped me by sending the record of the transaction from their sever which I later screenshot and sent to him but the guy didn't believe still. I told him that since he did not believe that I made the transaction, he should call etisalat customer care line to confirm from them whether I actually made the transaction or not but he couldn't listen to me. I'm posting this here because I'm very angry with their customer care service and I believe the real owner, Rasheed will see this and do the needful because I won't allow that 1k to go like that.
