People should learn to manage their stress levels. How do you achieve that?
Get enough sleep 6 to 8 hours a day
Exercise, it will help regulate your stress levels
Have sex, sex is a fantastic way to relieve stress

Stress plays a huge role in weight gain. It can cause hypertension. Guys you have to look after yourselves.
