Please guys ,How many plots of land makes up an acre and hectare? All answers will be well appreciated.

Which is better after constructing blocks of bungalows as an estate, outright sell off or let out , nigeria stardard, I am very much interested in Real Estates.

What advices can you give on to a new cormer in real estates, By the way what are the interest rates on loans by banks in nigeria and duration of pay back?,
Thanks all.

hi awolumate
6 plots make up an acre
it depends on what your plans are either long or short term investment
interest rate on banks varies hence it is best you appoach them yourself because it is negotiable but i must confess to you it is not the best investment.
all the best
