I'm currently recruiting for a Service Desk Representative for one of our client in the telecom industry.

Duties:
* Inbound calls: Answer incoming calls from customers on inquiries
and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide
information.
* Outbound calls: Interact by phone with outside parties to collect
information or conduct follow-up.

Work Cycle: 24/7 varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualification: B.Sc/HND in any discipline
Age: 25years & below
Job location: Victoria Island
Experience: 1 year exp in customer service/call centre
Required language proficiency: English,Hausa, Igbo, Yoruba or French
Salary: Attractive + other benefits
