17 members of the House of the APC extraction and 2 PDP members have joined the Action Alliance, AA. In all, 19 lawmakers have crossed over to the AA. Governor Rochas Okorocha son in law and former Chief of Staff, Uche Nwosu had decamped to the AA after losing the APC governorship ticket. The lawmakers who defected to the AA include the Speaker, Acho Ihim, Majority Leader, Hon. Lugard Osuji, Chief Whip and the Minority Whip.
