ALL CLASSES OR GROUP OF PEOPLE CAN BE AFFECTED BY STRESS BE IT –CHILDREN, TEENAGERS, ADULTS, OLDER ONES, MALE, FEMALE ETC AND THIS IS HAPPENS DUE TO OUR COMMON LIFE ACTIVITIES SUCH AS SCHOOL, FAMILY, WORK, RELATIONALSHIPS,BAD ECONOMY, FINANCIAL PROBLEMS ETC IF THESE PROBLEMS PERSIST, IT LEADS TO CHRONIC STR ESS

been under pressure, having struggles or trouble(s) with work or family or relationships, have u ever experience loss of job, loved ones or disappointments at any point in life. if yes, it likely to have stress or be stressed.
