(2) What are the probable solutions?
(3) Do you think the use of Information Technolgy can help solve some of this issue. If yes, please state the issue/challenge and how IT can come in.

N.B. Some Stakeholders in the real estate industry includes: Buyers/Property Seekers, Real Estate Agents, Private developers, Government, Building Material/Component producers/merchants, Construction Companies, Surveyor and so on.
