There is an unfortunate problem with phones these days most especially with Nigerian users.. This has do with "hybrid trays" use only 2 sims and no sd card or one sim and one sd card on a 32gb or 64gb internal memory. I dont know if the Samsung has a dedicated sd card slot but based on your explanation the Nokia is no for me except if you are a single sim user and don't play large size games,plenty songs/videos.. Then go for the nokia.
