There is this terrible back ache/pain that lies at the back central part of the chest. It moves from left to right behind( back of the chest)and radiates to the arms and neck.
Test shows H-pylori negative and an x- ray of the spine( 4 different positions) have been done awaiting result.

What could be the possible cause(s) please

It’s probably a build up of muscle weakness from sitting for long hours.
If you start today doing twenty pushups daily it’ll correct itself in less than two months.

How old are you? Get a CT scan of chest and abdomen

Did you find a solution? i was asking your age to make sure it wasnt a dissecting aorta or something, but if you are feeling better, then thats good.

Thanks sir. Late 30s. Went to collect X-ray results and everything came out fine. Doctor spoke about sitting position and also recommended a pain reliever. H-pylori was ruled out too from the test result.

She said if it persists, then i will be referred to a teaching or specialist hospital

Tired nerves, tensed muscles......resulting from our daily activities. The pains actually didn't come up in one day. Perhaps you must have been ignoring it at the initial stage when it wasn't severe. Gradually the pain keeps increasing without your notice until it becomes full blown. When pains is left untouched, it spreads to other part of the body.
