Which Dbanj and Wande are you talking about? If Dbanj and Wande who are doing great at this moment are no where to be found to you, then you do not know what you are talking about .

To brief you, Wande had a successful well attended concert in in the UK 02 Arena late last month, Wizkid even showed up, only few Nigeria artistes can pull that. He also have another one coming up on 14th in Lagos. Wande has hits, getting featured here and there. Go and check more.

Dbanj on the other side has been on collaboration, example is the Baba nla with Burna and 2 face, his song which features slimcase and Mrreal- Issa Banger is a street anthem till now. Go and check more for yourself.

When you are under a record label, you are bound by a contract which you must adhere to. Most of the money they pay you goes to the record label, just like in football, revenues from football matches, merchandice etc. goes to the club, you are only paid weekly salary, bonuses etc. If the clubs doesn't perform well, it doesn't affect your entitlements. Musicians generate lots of money for record labels out of which they make less, the owners of the labels make most of the money because they take a risk by placing a bet on you as a musician, so if you flop, they lose, if you blow, they blow. That's the reason why most musicians want to own their own record label so that they can chop all the money alone.

Lemme ask you, where is 50cents, Shaggy, Maria Carey and many others. They made their marks . Life is turn by turn. No Nig musician can reign for long because they are not prolific. Even Don Jazzy, when was his last hit production?

You obviously dont understand contract. either way its better to be a boss . Don Jazzy himself was under Solex at one point. if he had remained with Solex would he had started Mavin?

Its just like a footballer with Chelsea 3 seasons and contract is up.

Its either the club renew the players contract or ask the player to bounce ( for example Victor Moses)

or the

player agrees to renew his contract or he bounces on his own terms.
