Abia State government has assured that Osisioma Flyover will be completed in January.

The state Commissioner for Information, John Okiyi revealed to Igbere TV that Work has resumed at Osisioma Interchange Aba with drier weather conditions setting in.

According to him, "the Contractor is on site and we expect the project to be completed early next year."

"The project which was started in January 2017 is billed to be completed in 24 months. The project is running within schedule," he concluded.

In the period it took him to start and bring this flyover up to this level of construction, Ebonyi (a supposedly poorer state) has not only built 3, but is adding a fourth one as we speak, and throwing in a network of solid and sexy looking rural and urban roads for jara!

Are there two Osisioma flyover in Aba? Cuz this is definitely not the Osisioma I knw.

funny enough Ebonyi governor (umahi) is rumoured to be the contractor, and while his has built several flyovers in time limits this one still prolongs... maybe the government isn't committed in bringing out much funds

The advantage you claim Abakaliki has over Aba in terms of its small size should easily be balanced or even wiped out by the economic potentials Aba has....that's if Abia had a visionary and imaginative governor!
