It's not an excuse, but it still shouldn't be separated from the reasons. Yes, it's the responsibility of the rapist to control his urge for sex, but this doesn't mean that there isn't an underlying cause. Why would you dress indecently without thinking of the effects it would have on the opposite sex? People's minds are fragile and can easily cling to things, the inability to possess these things after much attempts can lead to frustration, this then results to an outburst of hormonal disorderliness. In short, I'm not saying indecent dressing is the only cause of rape, but it is a major factor.

That is what i are.

I read my post again, I never blamed or said anything about the rapists... No.
It is the parents fault, they should carry the blame.

Next time i start shifting blame, do think about the victims and the emotional trauma they must be passing through.

If the victim is my family member, would i shift the blame.

Think about this picture for a minute..

I am ill informed and I know nothing about rape.

if i think skimpy clothes triggers rape, think about India with high rate of rape where women cover up and still get raped.
Or the paedophiles who rape little children not older than 9 years old.

What excuse will i make this time.

A rapist will rape his victim whether she is dressed well or not.

Keep underating rapists and treating rape cases with kid gloves at my own peril.
