If i say u be mumu walahi am justified now look at abandoned projects everywhere these are projects duly paid for by the armed robbers in PDP and the funds were properly looted, does common sense not tell u that there is need for those projects to be completed ? take for example the Jebba ilorin road, do u know how many time the contract for that road was awarded and was looted by mesujamba (Bukola Saraki) now u r telling me no completed projects. pls go to Yauri Kotangora road u will appreciate how the road is now compared to the way it was 16 years ago also worthy of note is the fact that it was awarded 6 times with nothing to show and funds duly paid out. and also the second Niger bridge how many pillars were errected on that site during jonathan safe for some fraudulent ground breaking ceremonial mischief, u can check same site and confirm work done. i just pray hate would not kill u!

Borrowing can only be justified when the benefit (infrastructure, human capital devt etc.) outweighs the cost (interest) of borrowing.
