Half glass of the juice by night. Drink till problem disappears. If you start purging reduce intake to 2 or 3 spoons of the juice or just stop and start again when purging stops.

Tell her to change all her underwear. While at it, she should stop douching, stop using scented soap to wash down there. She should just wash with warm water. She should also avoid wearing tight clothes or trousers and anytime she's home, she should try and avoid wearing anything especially at night when she wants to sleep. Most importantly, let her get some antibiotics to treat for infection.
