Liverpool returned to the summit of the Premier League with a 3-1 victory over Manchester United at the Anfield Stadium on Sunday.

Senegalese forward, Saido Mane gave hosts Liverpool the lead in the 24th minute chesting down Fabinho’s pass before sliding the ball under David de Gea.

United equalised in the 33rd minute through Jesse Lingard following a howler by Liverpool’s goalkeeper, Alisson Becker.

The Brazilian failed to kept hold of Romelu Lukaku’s low cross, spilling the ball into the path of Lingard to score his first away league goal since New Year’s Day.
