Nature has set its activities on a pattern that work harmoniously. The lesson here extends to what we do as individuals with our lives. For individuals to be successful, it requires that they align their lives with the natural and spiritual laws that govern what going on here. No one has ever succeeded putting gasoline fuel into a diesel engine and look forward to it to run, sadly a lot of us fond of doing this to our bodies every day. We are guilty of loading our bodies with refined, packaged foods that research has confirmed that they make our bodies inefficient.
I was also guilty of this practice before I got to know about knowledge that God actually want our foods to be our medicine and medicine to be our food.
I created this thread to share useful and timely information with people fundamentally on how they can solve their own medical problems using foods and herbs.
From time to time I will be discussing herbal remedies for all kinds of diseases.

People need to deeply value what they choose to eat. My own choice offers me the strength of character to enjoy my life instead of just getting by. The foods I chose to eat provided vitality and agility to perform my day to day responsibilities.
Healthy foods and diet can help individuals heal their chronic pains and aches. Healthy foods hold the key to the wellness of individuals who adopt it completely.
It must be stated here, that chronic inflammation is the primary root cause of all health disorders. Allergies, heart disease, Alzheimer’s, diabetes, asthma, and arthritis are all connected with inflammation and they also can be improved or terrible depending on what an individual chooses to eat.
The majority of these chronic diseases are products of lifestyle and eating habits. This implies that they preventable, treatable and mostly reversible through changes in lifestyle activities such as exercise, stress, and diet.
Principally, the food we eat or do not eat is the primary source of the chronic illness that assailed our lives; everything from arthritis to autoimmunity, cancer to dementia, heart disease to diabetes, hypertension and so on.
In simple terms, food can cause illness, but it can equally cure disease. The magnificence of the human body is that if you remove the bad stuff and get in the good stuff, the body heals itself automatically. And surprisingly, it does not take such a long time, mostly within 10 days you can become whole depending on the severity of your condition.
