**Hon. Abdulrahman Kawu Sumaila does not deserve to stay in office longer than 24 hours*

ABUJA… .The disorderliness that pervaded President Muhammadu Buhari’s presentation of the 2019 budget at the joint session of the National Assembly on the 19th December was not only a sham, dishonour and charade for President Muhammadu Buhari and the APC as a ruling party, but a national disgrace and insult perpetrated by the Senior Special Assistant to President Muhammad Buhari on National Assembly Matters (Reps), Hon Abdulraman Kawu Sumaila on the national psyche.

The president of Nigerian Solidarity Youths (NSY), Comrade Igniware Julius (Esq.) said this in a statement after the rowdy session of the National Assembly members at the presentation of the 2019 budget by the president on Wednesday.

Comrade Julius said that the immaturity and brazen display of rowdiness by Representatives of Nigerians at National Assembly attested that the Nigerian electorates are only wasting resources keeping the Federal lawmakers at nation’s capital but not representing their interest.

He added that at this of global technological advancement that world is watching, it was sad that Federal lawmakers could put up sordid acts before the glare lights of local and foreign camera of newsmen.

He particularly called on the president to remove the Senior Special Assistant to the president on National Assembly Matters (Reps), Hon Abdulraman Kawu Sumaila from office without further delay for disloyalty, insubordination and incompetence.

The NSY president further said that while it could be true that all the senators present at the occasion may not like the president, but there was calmness and maturity because Hon Kawu’s colleague on the job, Senator Ita Enang was able to ensure that there was orderliness as against Kawu’s display of insubordination. Julius said that Hon Kawu does not deserve to stay in office longer than 24 hours after his act of defiance.
