Soldiers were spotted beating up a driver in Lagos in a video that has gone viral on social media. According to an Instagram user, the incident occurred at Victoria Island area of Lagos. @Tyna_Iyeye further disclosed that the driver was beaten up by the soldiers over nothing and further threatened to kill him.
