19 years after, Manchester United supporters awoke with news of Ole been appointed as the new caretaker coach of the team following the sack of the special one, Jose Mourinho.
Reactions trailed this appointment and the general concern of the public was if Ole after a disastrous spell with Cardiff City during his first stint in the premier league can lead the United team back to its glory days.
It is worthy to note that some top coaches also recorded bad times at their first job but turned out to be better coaches later on.
Ole is not entirely new to the Manchester United setup as a coach as he had coached the reserved team before moving to Norwegian side Molde where he won the league back to back.
